Matsui was founded in 1912 in Japan by Miichiro Matsui as a medical and science equipment manifacturer. In 1962 it moved to the plastic industry, after perfectioning the first dryer for paper which employed the temperature-regulating techniques Matsui developed during its medical equipment days. Nowadays, Matsui has an average turnover of 200 million USD, also thanks to the activities of 1200 employees distributed across 87 locations in 26 countries all around the world.
